I used to love Mondays. In the social media world, Mondays were my content prep days. The day of the week when I sat in my comfy seat and planned out the weekly posts for my clients. It involved a lot of coffee, organization, editing, and research. And I loved every minute of it.

Mondays used to take me a few hours of planning. It gave me a chance to disconnect from my usual busy world and focus solely on my business, which as a mom of a young one, is hard to do.

Now my Mondays are slow. Sure, there is still content to plan, but not as much. And I miss it. I am one of those kinds of people who prefer to be busy. I think that is one of the reasons I am drawn to the chaotic world of social media. You are always busy. There is always a message to answer, a comment to respond to, and a story to post. Social media never sleeps.

I really miss it. I thrive in busy and chaos. It helps keep my mind centered. I can’t wait to get back to the monotony.
